What is a Undeliverable Package Scam?

Victims receive fake notifications about undeliverable packages and are asked to click a link to resolve. The link opens a fake website impersonating UPS, FedEx or USPS. Any personal or financial details provided by the victim are stolen by the scammers. There never was a package.
